Positive: The hotel is in a perfect location in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants and walks. The scenery is spectacular. the room has a balcony overlooking a river. The staff were all lovely. They were helpful, polite and multilingual. We loved the breakfast on Sunday. The hotel interior and bar area are as lovely as the photos. The room was cosy and warm but a kettle and tea/coffee would have seemed a fair addition
Negative: The restaurant seemed very haphazard. On the first night we opted for al a carte and the hotel has "run out" of chicken despite there being no one else eating there. The second night we went for the set menu. Having chosen we were told the menu we were given was the wrong one and we were given a different choice. Having chosen again we were told that option was not available. In the morning we found the lavish breakfast we enjoyed the previous day was not available and we had to order individual items. To be fair we always had great meals but the inconsistencies were frustrating. NB Parking on site is not free and it can be cheaper to park in local car parks.

Positive: The staff are so friendly and super helpful! We opted for half board and enjoyed the evening meal as well as the breakfast (there are restaurants nearby). The hotel is a little dated.. but that’s a big project! My small (and very manageable) recommendation would be to upscale the wine choice. FYI.. just a few mins walk from the hotel is a complex with a 25m swimming pool, water slides, ice rink and rock climbing.

Positive: The rooms are ok. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was very dirty (found hair and a used plaster outside) . The restaurant is very good and the waiters are top !

Positive: Our overall experience was amazing! The hotel's proximity to the ski lift, convenient ski storage room, delicious dinners, and very attentive staff made our stay exceptional. We also loved having access to the sauna and jacuzzi. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station.
Negative: The only thing that could be improved is providing a kettle in the room. It would be great to make tea without having to go to the restaurant.

Positive: The hotel was fabulous! The food was on another level! We opted for half board, for ease (never done this before). They had 3 choices for starter and also for main (which changed every day) and additional options for a small fee. Then a full sweet selection to choose from. The huge Breakfast selection was incredible, Full English, Continental or Pastries. We were always full and ready for the day. The Spa (Sauna and Jacuzzi was small, but as you needed to book and they only allow a few guests in at a time, it was perfect and just what we needed after a full day's Skiing. The rooms were lovely, had fantastic views and was clean, warm and spacious. The service from everyone in the hotel was fantastic, especially Juan on reception, one of the friendliest and most helpful humans I've come across. See you all next year!
