Summary: Beautiful historic hotel and the staff was kind and friendly, especially the gentleman that took us for a ride on the hotel’s original elevator. Comfortable and clean accommodations and the location near Pearl Street was incredible! Our only complaint was that the linen cart was left directly in front of our room door for the first few hours upon checking in. It did not detract from our stay and I’m sure it was a one off oversight, but it did take some of the appeal out of our initial impression.
