Positive: Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The food is gorgeous. Pool area is very nice and well kept. Big bonus is the free parking. The two gentlemen running the bar and restaurant were fantastic and very friendly. Alexandre on reception is brilliant. She's very friendly, kind, helpful and professional.

Negative: No fridge in our room. No coffee/tea in our room

Positive: Awesome food, both breakfast and dinner. The hotel and restaurant staff are very professional and helpful.

Negative: It’s a family business, the patriarch treated me very rudely and talked to me in a condescending manner. After I arrived and unloaded my luggage, I sat on a chair in the main area to rest since I drove for about 6 hours on my motorcycle. Patriach: What are you doing? Me: I’m tired and resting. Patriach: You are seating on a chair reserved for restaurant customers. Me: I looked around, not a single customer, and I was stunned by what he said. Patriach: This is not a “Train Station”. GET OUT! Me: Still shocked and could not believe what’s happening. Anyway I left the building and started to think where to go. I was dumb-founded! Patriach: Came out to see me and said sorry. He added that he didn’t know I was a customer. This was the first experience in my life got treated this way and also the first time to meet a very rude man. I would not use the word “person” to describe this terrible guy and I feel sad for this property.
