Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Easy check in, friendly staff, and very clean room. Bed was comfortable. We could set up two desk areas and the wifi was strong enough for us to work online including zoom meetings. There were also plenty of outlets in convenient places. Overall I would absolutely recommend if you need a place to stay in Voitsberg!

Negative: Just a few minor things that cumulatively led us to deduct points: The bedside lamps were all dead when we arrived. We found charging cables for them, but even fully charged they didn't provide enough light to work/read. We arrived late during a snow storm, and couldn't find any obvious parking signs. The email instructions said it's a three hour zone, but we received a parking ticket after having parked for less than an hour! Apparently you need a Parkuhr. They do have some you can borrow, but it's not in any of their English language instructions. The hot water tap gets dangerously hot. I accidentally brushed against it reaching for soap in the shower and it burnt my arm! Two days later, I still have a visible burn. They kindly provided a bed for our dog, but it smelled very strongly of old wet dog. Could definitely use a deep clean or to be replaced.
