Positive: Clean hotel, very central and just 7 mins walk from train station. Very good breakfast, lots of variety. Great coffee. Helpful and welcoming staff.

Negative: No lift. Although I was informed the room is on 3rd floor, that was actually 6 flights, 57 steps in total.

Summary: Good hotel for one night, but watch out for those steps

Positive: Breakfast was good, young woman on reception was nice and helpful.

Negative: Very dated and low quality. Room was hot, no access to air con and very loud outside with the window open. The photos made it look a lot better than it was.

Positive: The hotel is very close to the station and the centre of Parma. The staff were lovely - helpful and cheery. Good communication. It has been nicely renovated ( great shower) and decorated. It felt safe. Supermarket is just around the corner. Lovely breakfast ( pancakes were delicious).

Negative: Nothing - the stairs ( I'd chosen a 3rd floor room, no lift) were manageable even with luggage and I was offered help.

Summary: Happy to return
