Positive: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. After we complained about a faulty light fitting that kept us awake the first night, they gave us a free breakfast for the duration of our stay as well as a complimentary bottle of champagne, fruit basket and bouquet of flowers. The breakfast itself was excellent, including hot and cold food, and the obligatory pastel de nata. The stay also included daily afternoon tea or coffee with pastries - which went very quickly! The hotel was well-situated, about 1 min walk to the nearest subway station and close to bus routes. The hotel staff recommended a list of good-quality local restaurants that were within a few minutes walk, and to be honest we didn't need to go further afield for dinner.
Negative: Nothing, except the aforementioned flickering light, that they fixed first thing in the morning.

Positive: The property is tucked away off the main Libardade which makes it central, but also very quiet from the buzz. The best part was the staff incredibly accommodating and very helpful and polite. They also gave me a complimentary upgrade. Big thank you to Larissa, Generosa, Victor and Miguel for their wonderful customer service.
Negative: Nothing, it was a wonderful stay and in wonderful hotel.
