Summary: Stayed for two nights. Lobby area was disappointing and still in the 70s. Pool area needs updating, as do the stairwells. Our room was nice, but bathtub was broken. Two king beds for 6 people was not really sufficient in my opinion. The couch was not a pull-out as I expected it to be. The playground area needs some improvement- was not as pictured. Breakfast was nice, though minimal.

Summary: This hotel has so so reviews that I could not understand. Reception was courteous. Room was comfie with a jacuzzi, a couch, a excellent king bed and was clean. Breakfast was included. Nice indoor pool too.

Summary: Breakfast was included and had a good choice of food. Staff was very good at keeping the food stocked, the dining area was very clean. The lobby was clean. The room was very dusty, the a/c was not not adequate. Would have been nice to have 1 comfortable chair for watching tv. Could have used extra pillows. The toiletries provided were skimpy.

Summary: The Bromont Hotel is very conveniently located near Mount Bromont and a nice microbrewery. The room smelled like cigarette smoke (it was supposed to be non-smoking), the window was broken and didn't close properly. The toilet paper is so cheap you can actually see through it. The room felt cluttered, but okay. The breakfast was quite nice.

Summary: Would not stay again, the bed is not comfortable, small rooms, smell to the hotel, Towels are small, toilet paper not great, had to have someone come up to fix the heating/cooling system and the window broke open in the middle of the night.

Summary: Ceiling leaked they switched us to a room without a kitchenette and di not offer a refund or assist with tue i convenience. There response was well we can put a bucket under the leak.
