Positive: The pool is a nice addition and the beds are comfortable. Good wifi and spacious rooms! Also very helpful staff!! 4 parking spots in front of the hotel.
Negative: It’s a bit outdated.

Positive: Location was right across the ADO bus station with restaurants nearby. A public minivan called "collectivo" that ferries people to/from the Palenque archaeological site for a minimal amount stops by the ADO bus station. Good open wardrobe space for hanging clothes and shelf for a big suitcase much appreciated. Bottled water, hand soap and shampoo provided. Friendly staff.
Negative: No elevator and no ref in my room. No breakfast served. The lights were too bright, including the bedside lamps. Furniture arrangement could be better made (a long sofa bed and a heavy table were both right beside the TV!). No to limited English-speaking staff.

Positive: The location if you travel by bus or coach was brilliant being opposite the ADO/Collectivo terminal. $25 each way for a Collectivo to the Palenque ruins. Pool was good and a welcome cool off after a hot humid day at the ruins. The room was a good size and the beds comfortable.
Negative: We are getting on in years and had 40 steps to negotiate to our room (10 blocks of 4). There are no bell boys or any staff to help carry one's luggage. and currently no lift. Aircon control in the room did not work as regards controlling temperature or fan speed so pretty useless.
Summary: Reasonable value for money - comfortable and great location for ruins visit.

Positive: Great location, lovely pool, lots of jungle wildlife.
Negative: The staff are lovely but really not weary about noise. You’ll be forced to wake up early with them as they talk loudly early in the mornings, and have the leaf blower on first thing. I’d recommend avoiding the ground floor to avoid!
Summary: Great hotel, but don’t stay in the ground floor!
