Summary: The staff at the hotel was great, and the overall comfort level was reasonable and expected for the accessible price. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and the hotel can be quite noisy due to the absence of windows in some rooms, which allows mosquitoes to enter. Additionally, it's important to note that the amenities, such as the pool and lounge area, are open to the public until 8 PM, which is when the center mall (where the hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor) closes to the public. If you're looking for a stay with the basic needs, this hotel would be it.

Summary: This was my second stay at this hotel as there are not many other options in Tulua my experience was better this time around. It is a no frills hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Summary: Decent hotel, super basic but then there's not much else worth trying out in Tuluá. Pool on the terrace is a great bonus, breakfast is also good. Bathrooms though are not comfortable - tiny and with bad showers.
