Positive: The staff were very polite, friendly and did their best within their means
Negative: We booked specifically because it stated they had a pool and AC. The pool was closed and the AC wasn't switched on. While I understand pools are only open during certain dates, this was not clear enough when we booked. We have a 3.5 month old baby and the room was reading at 28C at night. Even with the window wide open. The staff very kindly gave us a fan but it wasn't enough. The baby cried all night in the heat and we're all covered in mosquito bites from having the window open. Management need to reconsider their AC policy and switch it on as needed and not just during certain times of year.
Summary: Staff are 10/10, hotel not so much...

Positive: The hotel is older, but clean, close to the main road, and public transport to go to the beach or to the city is in front. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Clean swimming pool, good breakfast, kind personnel, and safe parking. Very fair price for the stay.

Positive: This was a Resque for us after the bad experience at Secréte suites. We just stopped in and got a room for the night. The owner even spent time with us in the morning to talk about ”old” times.
