Summary: First room we were given had not been made (seemed like it had started to get cleaned up but stopped in the middle of it). Second room didn't have any coffee pods in it (again, something that should have been there but cleaning crew forgot). Rooms need an update; the lamp looked like it was going to fall on us, the toilet seat was partly broken. Morning staff was unable to tell us when the outside pool was going to open for the day. They had to message the pool guy to know when he was coming in and "hope he wasn't still sleeping"?! Nothing against the reception staff, but management should definitely think of a better plan. A weekly schedule perhaps? The view is incredible. But we won't be going back, the price is too high considering all those irritants

Summary: The staff is very nice and friendly. The hotel restaurant is very good as well. Beautiful place, we had a lovely time.

Summary: The location and views were fantastic. The building exudes old world charm even though it is less than 50 years since it was built. There is a lot of attention to detail in the building and the services provided.

Summary: Very beautiful location! I had a room with a view on the water which was so nice. The service was very nice, the room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. I had a good sleep and woke up to a beautiful view of the river. The room smelled strongly of mildew/mold. Definitely a humid room, which makes sense since it's on the first floor (motel area) and close to the water I guess, but still unpleasant. I would perhaps suggest booking a room in the hotel or on a higher floor to avoid this issue. I would still recommend to stay at this hotel! I enjoyed my stay.
