Positive: I liked sitting in the room with the fireplace , drinking tea and working on my laptop The service was exceptional, they recorded a personal video how to access my room after checkin hours, it was very helpful

Negative: Breakfast was good, but could be more variable

Positive: The reception staff were wonderful and were so helpful to me ahead of my arrival. Very nice people to deal with. The breakfast was divine in my humble opinion - a fantastic range of options, all delicious.

Positive: The staff, Kristie especially, were so warm and inviting. The property itself was very clean and modern with an amazing spa! Also the breakfast was amazing!
