Negative: I didn’t like the fact that the charge you for amenities such as the use of jacuzzi, a very simple breakfast without telling you.

Positive: Location is great. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Nice quiet area. The views are great. The property and rooms are incredibly clean. The staff is amazing and kind.

Negative: I arrived late at night (10:30 PM) and my booked room was given away. There were no more two-queen-bed rooms available so I had to choose between two small rooms far apart from each other or one large room with one bed. I have children, so I picked the large one and ended up having to sleep on the floor. In addition to that, hotel hasn't enough parking spaces for all rooms, so I had to look for a park space on the street.
Summary: Hotel gave away my booked room without contacting me

Positive: The staff because they were friendly and inviting. Jewell was pleasant and informative. Ron went above and beyond making sure I had hot water for my tea-in the evening-bringing towels the maids forgot to leave as there were three of us. Thank you Jewell. Thank you Ron.
Negative: Maids had skipped some things; no toilet paper in bathroom, towels…minor details. Construction across the street started at 7a!!

Positive: The staff were so friendly and the hotel so cute, with lovely open fires, it was so cosy. Really well situated and close to walk anywhere. A really lovely breakfast. We would stay again!
Negative: It is first come first serve parking and there isn’t a lot of parking.

Positive: Nice room with a fireplace, nice courtyard setting, very nice staff. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon a lot.
Negative: Bathroom very small, too basic especially for that prize but we probably paid much more than the usual prize since we came on the weekend of the big sur marathon which we did not know about.
