Summary: Absolutely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast not replenished, missing eggs, cheap sausages, really terrible coffee. I will definitely not return to this hotel. On the other hand, very well located if you are going to an event in the O2 arena.

Summary: The price level doesn't fit the services. Staff was very slow and very confused... not only with our check in. In the room, there was rests from previous visitor, rubbish in the basket and hairs at the toilet. Towels were shreded... Minibar was half empty...
