Featuring 16 rooms and following a neoclassic style with views of the gardens and swimming pool. Guest can enjoy two diferentes restaurants, Casa Real in the inside or Doña Paula Restaurant in the gardens. Both offering a wide variety of wines. Positive: The initmate and personal feel of the volumous grounds, meticulously-maintained gardens and ornate adjoining chapel was amazing. Additionally, the elegant interior decor and unlimited access to the billiard room added to the unique experiences enjoyed in the property's main house.
Negative: We had anticipated a room with large multi-pane windows (as in the hotel's photos) to allow ample sunlight. The room we were issued was large, but was situated partially below ground level, with no walk-out patio, small sliding windows, limited ambient light and no Internet signal. Although we were disappointed with these room-specific aspects, we were very impressed with the property, overall.

Positive: this was our second stay at Casa Real (Santa Rita). We loved the building and the gardens. Rooms are spacious and nice (we had a suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and outside terrace). Breakfast is excellent; eggs, fresh fruit, bakery goods/bread/croissants/cakes, jams, smoked salmon, cold cuts, juice, yoghurt, whatever you could think of... it's all there. We paid for the dinner separately; it is a lot cheaper that way and it is highly recommended. There is enough variation in the menu to eat there 3 days in a row. It is very nice to get basically any wine you'd like to try with the dinner. It's especially nice to sit on the veranda after dinner and to enjoy the rest of the evening. Very important and helpful for travellers: The hotel allows you to arrive early, i.e. before check-in time) and use the facilities (park, swimming pool with change room/shower, restaurant) and you can also stay longer (i.e. after checkout time) and go for a swim in the pool etc. The hotel even held some of our luggage for us between our first and second stays while we travelled to Patagonia for a week. This was very nice of them and made our trip easier and a lot lighter. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, they are all very helpful and friendly. I give them 5 stars for how nice the property is and the excellent service.

Positive: This is a beautiful country house style hotel ,very traditional with wonderful grounds, rooms and staff and with access to all the Santa Rita wines. The house restaurant exceeded expectations and outshone the Dona Paula restaurant.
