Positive: Nice ample rooms and bathrooms
Negative: I found the bathroom not very well cleaned. There were long hairs in the bathroom not belonging to us. The room freshner used was quite overwhelming. One more comment, when we asked for butter at breakfast, margarine was brought to the table.

Positive: Almost overwhelmed by this hotel peace and tranquility, arriving straight from Bogotá😂 This is such an enjoyable place, you don’t really want to leave. The staff is very friendly and makes it feel like a home you can really relax and enjoy, either in the super clean and comfortable room or the highly charming garden. Highly recommended, with gratitude for a very enjoyable stay.

Positive: The place is beautiful, it is well decorated. Every corner has something to admire. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The locations is perfect not too close to the plaza but away enough to be private. The rooms and breakfast were perfect

Positive: Breakfast was ample & good.
Negative: Although the hotel had private parking, it was not available during our stay as construction work had the street blocked on both ends. it may take an additional several weeks for the street to be opened to vehicular traffic. Parking was made available at lots within 5-7 minutes away. For senior folks like us, the main plaza is about a 10-12 minute walk on uneven / irregular cobblestoned streets which may be tricky to maneuver at times.
Summary: Quiet & well maintained facility with very good / attentive service. BYOB is an added incentive.

Positive: This is a top hotel. Located close to the centre of town with secure parking within the grounds. The room which was a superior suite was well designed, stylish, comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings, the toiletries were a luxury brand. There was a patio immediately outside the room with very comfortable patio chairs and a small table, in addition there was a further larger table where breakfast was served, breakfast was excellent. The main courtyard was lovely with a fountain and established trees and shrubs and some beautiful birds. The owners Ximena and Alvaro live on site, they were most friendly and helpful and made good suggestions and gave directions to local attractions and restaurants, it was appreciated that they spoke excellent English. The other staff at the hotel were also most helpful. We stayed for three nights and we would have happily stayed longer, given the quality the price was most reasonable.
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like.
Summary: A charming and unique hotel of the highest standard.
