Positive: Exceptional hospitality. Beautiful gardens with wonderful views - good food, including excellent coffee and plentiful breakfast. I hope to return. Ideally located for the via francigena.

Positive: Small and cozy, quiet area. Nice restaurant, nice staff. Very clean.

Negative: Heating is set automatically by them over a linked sistem. Went twice to tell them that is cold in my room. They've told me that the temperature is set at 21C°. Yes,the radiator is literally next to door entrance. Then my bed was right at the window, wich window starts from floor level. The window side was freezing literally. Also Internet was bad. Poor connection. Was dropping constantly. Slow speed also. 20mbs is not usable.

Summary: Nice place. However, there is room for improvement.

Positive: Spent one night there but the staff and the garden with the mountain view made me wish I had more time. The people running the place are great, you can feel their positive energy. The place was clean, quiet and friendly, they make you feel at home.

Positive: The hosts were superfriendly and nice. Will always be happy to see them again. The building interior is a bit old but nor critical, the surrounding area is beautiful, however is located on a road. The view is also picturesque and it takes less than an hour to get to the ski slopes.

Negative: It might be challenging to stay there without a car - can hardly walk on foot anywhere from the hotel
