Positive: Excellent staff- the the host was warm and welcoming. Very clean room and living areas. Excellent view of the surrounding area and castle. Was able to get an upgraded room.

Negative: Unorganised parking, which could be improved by appropriate signage.

Positive: Everything, the host, the room with its gorgeous view of the castle, the breakfast, it was all beautiful and we hope to be back again soon!

Negative: Not a dislike but just to note if driving quite a windy steep road up to it, but we navigated it fine :)

Positive: It’s a brand new hotel with an outstanding look and facilities inside and out. I would recommend paying extra and getting a room with castle view because you can over look Tirana city and the coastline as well as the castle itself. The staff are really welcoming, kind and accommodating. This hotel also offers parking which is great because kruje has really narrow streets and parking is a big issue if the place you are staying doesn’t provide one. Overall this place is great and I would recommend to everyone without any hesitation.

Negative: Everything was great I have no complaints at all, I am sure this place will be so much better as time moves on as it is quite new.

Summary: Absolutely fabulous brand new hotel.

Positive: The hotel is new with nice decor, a comfortable bed and a balcony. Very welcoming staff. Great to have breakfast on the balcony looking at the castle. Handy location and fantastic covered carparking. And the road to access the hotel was good.

Negative: Our room was noted as having a mountain view, however the view was of a backyard with dirt and rock. It didn’t matter but not what was advertised.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and new carefully designed and built with quality. Still most important was the view! It was spectatcular and included "everythin", Mountains, the castle, kruje village, Tirana and even the ocean, much better than from the hyped and crowded Panorama hotel

Positive: Beautiful view from the balcony, great hospitality and pleasent amenities. Comfy bed, fresh towels and nice decor of the room. Wifi worked perfectly, place is walking distance to the castle and there's a minimarket next door. Parking under hotel without issue.

Negative: I am light sensitive, so I would appreciate possibility to switch off lights on the balcony but that's just me.
