Summary: The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast.

Summary: The hotel is well located and I chose it according to past reviews that were overall okay. Although the staff speaks english, my room was not really nice. The window did not seal/close properly so I could hear all sounds from the street. It was dirty, I pulled a bedside to put it closer to the bed and found a fake nail underneath it on the floor! as well as an used nose strip!! They were pee stains around the toilet seat and the room smell cigarette, although there are signs everywhere to not smoke! Not being a smoker was tough!
