Summary: We stayed 2 nights. It is very convenient to everything. Clean, comfortable and the staff were all absolutely lovely and very helpful. They went about and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

Summary: I arrived mid afternoon and the person on reception could not be more helpful and checked me on. All staff very polite and professional. My room was beautiful and toiletries were rituals. On my arrival was water and coffee. The only disappointment I had to move out of that room on the last night as toilet broke and kept running water do last night I was in a different room which is a shame but these things happen.

Summary: First of all I must say the staff couldn't be more helpful. Very friendly and suggested places to go to get good meals, places to visit etc. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready understandably, so our suitcase was tagged and we were given a receipt for it and it was locked away. The receptionist took my number and messaged me when it was ready. The room was modern with a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. Comfortable bed, large TV, coffee maker and mini fridge. There was also just around the corner from our room a vending machine selling a wide range of hot and cold drinks , sandwiches and snacks and was very reasonable. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door with a continental breakfast (cold meats were amazing) plus you can order bacon and eggs too. Overall you are getting a very well run hotel with clean modern rooms, good facilities, brilliant staff and bang in the middle of Reus. Thoroughly recommended!
