Summary: Great location, very close to the Sint-Pieters train station. Room was very comfortable and spatious. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, best croissants I had during my whole trip, including France. Really enjoyed my stay, would book again!

Summary: I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Chamade. The room was nice sized, clean, and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 4-5 minute walk to the main St. Petrs train station, which also has tram stops for two trams that will take you to the southern edge of Ghent's city center. This made it convenient for a day trip to Bruges by train. We did not elect the breakfast at the hotel, but there were three bakeries on the way to the train station to pick up something to eat on the way. If I visit Ghent again, this hotel would be my first choice.
