Positive: The reception staff were amazing. They facilitated an early check-in and lent me a travel adaptor. Location was really convenient for me. My room had a lovely balcony overlooking the street which was nice. Great breakfast too.
Negative: No air-conditioning but they provided a really good big powerful fan which was brilliant.
Summary: Highly recommend.

Positive: The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from the Old Town. If you walk a little faster, it takes around 25 minutes. The location of the hotel is very nice, with beautiful churches nearby and supermarkets like Lidl within walking distance. The hotel is very clean. Especially the reception staff Katarina, who works during the day, and the gentlemen working in the evening are very kind and helpful. They are always willing to assist with anything you need. The hotel also has small surprises for its guests, which I think is a very nice touch. Even though they are small gestures, they make a difference. For example, guests can enjoy three free drinks on the terrace at a hotel in the city center. The reception also offers small refreshments whenever you like. I found this to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture.

Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast tasty. Huge plus is a localization - subway right next to the hotel. One minus - the toilet was leaking on the 1st day but after we reported it was quickly fixed.
