Positive: The staff were so attentive and personal. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was very comfy.

Negative: I wish the bicycle were complementary to hotel guests. There were no bidet or as we were Muslim guests.

Positive: Clean, tidy, super friendly staff! I accidentally forgot my shirts in the hotel room and the hotel staff arranged for them to brought to my next hotel on Praslin at no extra charge, thank you so much again, customer service at it’s very best!

Negative: Retaurant unduely expensive, everything had an extra cost eg bike rental, asked for an extra bed sheet twice and it never came, mistakes over final bill etc

Positive: Great location in the middle of the island; the property is beautiful: so exotic and you can see they take a lot of care of the garden; rooms were spacious & clean; friendly staff - we got welcomed with cookie & ice tea and they made sure our room is ready as soon as possible - they arranged cleaning while we waited- that was great; breakfast was really good for Seychelles standards- omlettes, pancakes, fruits etc, so worth getting it; we also rent bikes at the hotel - they were a bit old but ok - you dont need more that city bike for la Dingue; we had great time and would come back
