Summary: Very impressed with the hotel and the staff! Spoke very well English and attentive! Cleaning staff did amazing as well! Due to construction, entrance was a little wonky but understandable (hopefully they city finishes that soon...3 years now?!). Parking is best if you have a small car; they do double park people and it does make it difficult to maneuver (so if you can bring a small car, that is best!!)

Summary: Great hotel a short distance from old Quebec Citey. Easy uber ride into the centre. Great bar/restaurant with convenience store close by.

Summary: Stayed in a 2 family room that was very damaged, and the air conditioning was broken. I was surprised that there was such a room there because I never had this kind of issue with Hotel Classique over the years. Weekend was saved by the very helpful and responding staff.

Summary: Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful Issue with cleaning staff not shutting our room door completely after cleaning the room. Additional toilet paper would have been beneficial given there were 4 people in the room.
