Summary: This was our first time visiting Quebec City (and visiting as a family) and we could not have been more impressed. From the minute we arrived, we knew we had found a great place to stay. It suited our little family so nicely, from the pool to the sushi restaurant on site to the huge mall within walking distance across the street, it had everything we needed and more. And I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning John, the kind and friendly gentleman who works the front desk and is always ready with a smile or some help. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The rooms were clean, quiet, and our kids had a blast.

Summary: Hotel and room were fine. Easy to get into the city by bus. Poor room cleaning. 1st day we had no servicing of the room. The 2nd day they changed our towels but did nothing else. No cleaning, no emptying bins, no replacing shampoo etc. no bed making…. Nothing!!!

Summary: I was just a bit desapointed with the clearing of the Jacuzzi. There was a lot of hair and différent ôter thing in the bottom of it That was really discusting

Summary: The hotel was very nice, but the front staff were incredibly unfriendly. Door was busted to the balcony and they offered to come fix it but it seemed it was a known issue. Otherwise, nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The bathroom shower was broken, and the bathtub was old and outdated. We needed a proper stand-up shower for comfort. Additionally, there was no complimentary mineral water provided upon arrival. The on-site restaurant was also very expensive. I regret not booking a hotel that included breakfast, as that would have made the stay more convenient and cost-effective.

Summary: Everything was good in general! But the bed was NOT comfortable at all… The pool was very cold also… The service was really good and it’s very convenient to have restaurants in the hotel. Good stay overall!
