Positive: The location is perfect, very walkable to the beaches, to town, yet very peaceful by the water. The restaurants at the hotel are very accommodating and the staff are very attentive and helpful. The views of our suite are amazing.
Negative: The amount of ants around and inside the mini fridge. We did not bother with the complimentary chocolates inside the fridge as the ants were all over them and on the water bottles. We dined at Oltremare and the overall experience was exceptional, however one disappointment was finding a rather distinctive worm/parasite in the cod dish which utterly made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But aside from that, everything was very pleasant and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the hospitality of your hotel.
Summary: Everything was pleasant, wished we stayed longer than one night.

Positive: The staff were very attentive, especially Patrícia, who spoke Portuguese and attended to us very well. The breakfast was very, very good and the views from the room, the pool and the restaurant were breathtaking!
Negative: The hotel should be "Adults Only". The pool, which is very small, was made for relaxing and enjoying the view, not for having children jumping around and causing water to overflow onto chairs and people lying down. This situation has become very unpleasant in numerous situations and has jeopardised the peace that should be felt in that space.
Summary: It was AMAZING !!!

Negative: The rooms need to be renovated. There is not enough comfort in the bathroom. The staff at reception are too busy.

Positive: The staff was amazing. We were a large group, and they were very flexible. They forecasted our needs and did or planned for things we hadn't even thought of. The shuttle vehicle was very useful and helpful. The drivers were great. The food was great in the hotel, and the staff were lovely. The views from the restaurant and pool were insane. I could have sat there all day and just gazed. Everything was perfect about this place.
Negative: Nothing to complain about.
Summary: The best place I stayed in Italy.

Positive: Loved the location. The rooms weren’t updated but didn’t matter bc they were comfortable and quiet. We had the best balcony view and plenty of room for our two young children. This was a fantastic hotel and we will definitely be back!
Negative: On our last day we asked if we could use the pool until we waited for our taxi at 2pm. Reception said yes but then we were approached a few times at the pool saying they would need to check if we could stay. We were paying for our drinks and not bothering anyone. It felt a bit off putting like we weren’t supposed to be there after we had just asked and paid so much money to stay.
Summary: Overall this was an amazing experience. It is close to the beach, the pool has a spectacular view and the food was great

Positive: The view from our room was breathtaking! The room was spacious The rooftop restaurant was lovely and the staff were very welcoming.
Negative: The hotel entrance is very close to the road. We Had a late check out and needed a room to shower and change at after a day at the beach but we were charged to use a very small shower room. I have never been charged for this service by other hotels and the room facilities were also much better quality.
