Positive: The room was small and crowded for 3 people. The common areas of the hotel were great.
Negative: The meals were expensive. We could have used a smaller restaurant with less expensive fare. Transportation was difficult to arrange and hotel was of no help.
Summary: The cleaning and restaurant staff were excellent. Front desk personnel were aloof and not helpful.

Positive: Good hotel, we went in March and the view from the room was great. Good shower and nice staff. Breakfast with a lot of variety and very tasty
Negative: They serve a buffet dinner at the hotel that costs 35 euro, but the food wasn’t the best for the price.

Positive: This hotel was experiencing a lot of people for the Special Olympics in Sestriere and they did a good job of managing expectations and run things professionally. The hotel was basic but it was good value for the price and felt like a functional business hotel, not luxury but youŕe not paying luxury prices.
Negative: A little more flexibility with check in and check out but understand completely with the volume of turnover.
Summary: Great comfortable hotel that is basic but run very well.

Positive: Location! The Hotel is pretty much on the other side of the road from the lift. Also pretty close to other cafe-restaurants. Staff is also really helpful and positive!
Negative: To be frank, hotel is pretty old. Curtains were dusty, funeral for the carpet was held like 10 years ago already. Might be just our bed, but lets just say it is time for a change… Dont expect much from the breakfast. Ski room was efficient and simple, but once again in dire need of a full-renovation.
Summary: Super location, helpful and positive staff but the Hotel is really old

Positive: We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was truly excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location is convenient, just a few minutes from both the city center and the ski lifts.
Negative: The only downside we found was the check-in time at 4 PM and the check-out time at 10 AM, which felt a bit restrictive for fully enjoying the stay.

Positive: Location is great, breakfest was good, the room was regularly cleaned. We rented ski gear and bought ski pass at the hotel, which was very convenient. Everyone from staff were polite and helpfull to us!
Negative: The matrres should be replaced asap, its very worn out, and I specified the queen bed, but we’ve got two seperated beds, I guess they just move them close together. The hotel seems very popular with student and school trips. So there were a lot kids running and screaming in the hallway and messing up the elevator, sound isolation isn’t the best.
Summary: We’ve enjoyed our stay here!
