Positive: Amazing looking palacial type hotel. The rooms with the view back to town were great. (One of us not so great). Clean, spacious, modern. Terrific breakfast if you're into that. Short ish walk from town. Easy parking.

Positive: A wonderful hotel with excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the great location and the lovely evening walks around the area. Everything was easily accessible on foot, and the parking was very convenient. The only thing I would suggest improving is the quality of the pool towels, as they could be a little better. Other than that, the staff and everything else were excellent. An ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Positive: Great location, fabulous pool, impressive building, staff members who checked us in (only) were lovely and helpful.
Negative: The rest of the staff seemed miserable and didn't want to be there. Pool bar staff did not know know how to make drinks on menu, seemed more interested in blasting music (which was inappropriate for kids and families). Breakfast choice was limited, staff .member standing beside coffee machine did not advise proper espresso available. Staff need training in 5 star service, no one met our car and helped bags up the huge stairs, no offer to help departure. Not sure what happens when it rains!

Positive: We lived our stay. The hotel is v glamorous but such good value for money. It’s a prefect location, has a pool with beds and umbrellas. Perfect spot for exploring the town.
