Positive: It was good to have an excellent Bistro just downstairs. Good parking around the hotel. Good location of the hotel - near the motorway and also near to the city center

Negative: The hotel was disappointing for a 4-star property. Everything felt old, especially the towels and bed linens. Breakfast reminded me more of a student dorm than a hotel. Definitely needs renovation and better quality control.

Positive: Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

Negative: The breakfast was very bland, had low quality ingredients and horrible coffee. The system of asking guests who enter the breakfast room for their room number is outdated and archaic as they sometimes enter a dozen every minute and the lone waiter is overwhelmed with other tasks such as replenishing the coffee machine, bringing food from the kitchen etc. Guests should be given breakfast coupons to eliminate this headache and constant shouting at guests by the stressed waiter who clearly is unable to cope. The window in the room has no glazing so highway noise and some drafts enter the room. OK for a night or at most two if you have to be in the area but not more than that.

Summary: Tasteless breakfast and a little cold in the room

Positive: The hotel room was very spacious and room very clean. Big bed with different kind of pillows.

Negative: I would welcome more warm breakfast options, e.g. boiled eggs instead of only scrambled or more kinds of saussage.
