Positive: We initially got an upgrade from another hotel in the Corsendonk chain. Check in went very well and smooth. Room was big enough and very clean and tidy. It was a very clean hotel everywhere. very friendly staff!! Small wellness area was good enough to take the edge off.

Negative: There is parking close by, although it was very pricey. Maybe looking in to a special deal for hotel guests would be fairer? The only thing we had trouble with was the heating in the room. We had to call staff out at 3am to come and assist with getting this under control. Please, make it easier for guests.

Summary: We had a busy schedule, but we absolutely loved this place from the moment we stepped in.

Positive: We were upgraded to this hotel and were taken aback by the facilities. A spacious and comfortable room, it had a luxurious feel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Secure housing for our bicycles. Superb breakfast.

Positive: Close to the city center of Turnhout, easy to walk to restaurants with a supermarket next door. Big room too.

Negative: No reception before 5 PM. Empty reception most of the time, impossible to get help. Odor of « old » on the rooms. Poor breakfast.
