Summary: We stayed for a few days in early June at the Cresta in Flims. It was a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out we felt welcome and at home. The room was great and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had many choices - but what really stands out is the staff of the hotel. They all were very friendly, helpful and made us really feel welcome. We would for sure come back to Cresta if we are in the region again

Summary: We stayed in the Cresta Flims for a week. It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although it states this hotel is only 3* I would personally rate higher. Our stay included breakfast and use of their beautiful Spa. The spa is open from 1pm until around 9pm. The hotel breakfast/ dining room has views over the stunning mountains and provides a continental style breakfast ( although hot scrambled eggs and boiled eggs are also available). The Cresta is situated about a 15 minute walk to the ski slopes/ lifts. Slightly uphill in places but by no means a difficult walk (I have a back problem and managed it easily). The hotel also has a free shuttle bus if you do not fancy a walk or are carrying skis. There are a few bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk if you do not want to walk to the main area. If you feel like a relax the hotel offers reasonably priced three course meals nightly ( you do need to book in the morning) and a lovely lounge and library where you can sit and take in the view, read a book or play some games (all provided, including in English). There is a hotel bar, which again is very reasonably priced in comparison to surrounding establishments. We loved every minute of our stay at the Cresta and would definitely return if back in Flims.
