Positive: Great location , the breakfast is great a lot of options, the breakfast staff are the best they are very sweet hospitable and provide great customer service , the reception staff the shuttle drivers are great as well will highly recommend staying in this hotel, the free shuttle service to downtown sorrento makes your stay easier the view from the hotel terrace is outstanding 10/10

Positive: The view was incredible, and we had a little courtyard in front of our balcony which was really lovely. We came here for our 10year wedding anniversary and the room was set up specially with a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus made it really easy to get into town and back.

Positive: This hotel was perfect for what we were looking for in our holiday. We wanted somewhere we could relax by the pool all day, have some drinks and have access to the main part of Sorrento town for dinner in the evening. The hotel was technically walking distance to the town as well, about 20 mins or so but the hotel’s shuttle bus was ideal - efficient and easy to book daily - due to the heat. The hotel is also walking distance (about 10-15 mins) to the San Agnello train station which can get you into Pompeii or Naples easily. There is a bus stop very near as well, which we got to this beautiful cove. The room was great, comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, plus some nice extras. The mini fridge was stocked and prices pretty good. The view from the room was the real showstopper. It was a panoramic view of the bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and San Agnello. There were little chairs and a table so we could sit out and enjoy the view. The room was cleaned daily and they even come into the room while you’re out at dinner to close the curtains and pull back the sheets for sleep which I thought was a really nice, traditional touch. The breakfast was absolutely marvellous! The choice was amazing - fruit, cakes (I recommend the Caprese cake), croissants with a variety of fillings, donuts, pancakes, cheese, meat, eggs, cereal, plus more. The coffee was also lovely, after the first day they knew our coffee order and brought 3 cappuccinos almost as soon as we sat down for the following mornings. There was an incredibly lovely man in particular who’s name I wish I got, who made us the coffees at the breakfast and served us for dinner in the restaurant, I believe he was perhaps a food/bar manager for the hotel. His service was impeccable, he was incredibly friendly without being overbearing and just a truly genuine, kind person. The pool was lovely, and the deck chairs comfortable. They even had an attachment to protect your head from the sun.
Negative: The only thing we found was the walk up the hill to the hotel was quite difficult with luggage on arrival. However, this was our own choice because where the bus from the airport left us off was so close to the hotel that we decided to walk. If you have a lot of luggage I’d suggest getting off the bus in Sorrento town and either getting the shuttle bus to the hotel or a taxi just to save yourself the workout. This minor qualm is out of the hotels control of course and being up that hill is what allows for the hotel’s breathtaking views!
Summary: Phenomenal service, amenities, and location. Be prepared to be in awe at the panoramic view!

Positive: The hotel was clean, comfortable and peaceful. The room decor was bright and well maintained, we slept so well as they were soundproofed. The pool area and restaurant were lovely with great views of the bay and sunset in the evening. The shuttle bus was a really nice touch into the lively town, however the walk downhill into town is OK if you’re fairly mobile (it takes maybe 15 minutes).
Negative: Nothing pressing. The hairdryer didn’t function too well, but it caused no major issues.

Positive: Great location just outside Sorrento town on hillside giving beautiful view of the bay. Hotel shuttle bus to Sorrento train station. Louisa at reception booked us our tours of Amalfi coast and Pompei & Vesuvius, and taxi to Naples Airport. Rooms were cleaned every morning. We had several evening meals which were all delicious. Staff were very attentive. Pool had various depths which was great for a non-swimmer, and had plenty of loungers.
Negative: Cannot find any fault with this hotel.
Summary: Would highly recommend this hotel and would come back again.
