Summary: The hotel is about 15 minutes from Como by car, in an industrial area—not charming, but very accessible and practical if you're driving. There’s free parking, and some shopping centres nearby (though not walkable). The value for money is excellent. Rooms are spacious, the bed a bit soft, and the bathroom basic (limited amenities, no overhead shower), but everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was correct—simple but fine. The staff at reception were great—friendly and helpful. I arrived without a plan for Como, and they gave me clear, useful advice. As a tip: despite common advice, I explored Lake Como by car and it worked really well. On a weekday morning I drove to Bellagio in about an hour, stopped in small towns like Nesso and Torno, parked without issue, and even took the ferry to Varenna. Much more flexible than relying on public transport, and the road was far less dramatic than expected. A great option if you're travelling by car.

Summary: Excellent location on our journey home to uk from Italy. Close to motorway. Breakfast had a great variety in offer and well presented.

Summary: When we arrived at the hotel and checked in - the bathroom in our bathroom had pieces of black hair on the back of the toilet. We went down to let them know and all they did was send a cleaner to clean it up. They should have done more. Other than that the room was satisfactory.

Summary: The location is terrible far from the train station which ran every hour to Como or Milan You need a car to stay here Thankfully there is a shopping centre near by walking distance We had to Cut our time in Como as the hotel was not at all convenient and quite deceiving on the map how far it is from any thing

Summary: Great stay on our journey to Calabria. Having a room with a secure private garage and lift directly to our room was fantastic. Food and service in Bistro was very good

Summary: As is common in Europe, thermostats are limited (21.5-23.5). And if you open the window they will turn off the heat. There is no air conditioning, but the window provided cooling when needed in late April. Regardless, we liked the property enough to schedule a second stay there while in the area. We found the restaurant disappointing.
