Summary: Very steep stairs and even though we booked 6 months in advance we didn’t even get to stay in the hotel rather we were in an annexe down the road. Also ate in and dinner was average as was breakfast

Summary: Very charming hotel. Only issue was no elevator. Tough to bring my suitcase up the narrow stairs. Other than that, well appointed and decorated. Good customer service and great location.

Summary: The receptionist at the hotel could barely muster a hello. Asked about if there was a laundry around and she was almost disgusted that I asked. Check out wasn’t much better. The hotel is very old but the room was adequate and clean. The breakfast was great- lots of variety.

Summary: The room was nice except very hot and stuffy. Even with a window open it was hard to sleep at night. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine makes terrible coffee. Staff all very pleasant and helpful.
