Positive: We found everything to our satisfaction. We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and always found it to be exceptional. The rooms are very comfortable. It is great to have the pool facility. Overall, the hotel is great and we will visit again.

Positive: Absolutely everything from start to finish was perfect, including before we arrived with excellent communication from the staff who were helpful, friendly and responsive. The facilities and in particular the spa and pool were gorgeous, and the couples massage I booked as a Valentine's gift for my husband was perfect. Our room overlooked a town square and we could hardly believe how lucky we were to get such a beautiful view. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We loved the tour we got as we were shown to our room by the friendly and helpful reception staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were lovely. We only had the breakfast there so can't comment on the food at the restaurant but the buffet was fresh, plentiful and had something for everyone. Absolutely spoiled for choice with very high-quality food on offer. The hotel is in the heart of Rouen which made it perfect for going out to eat at the many fantastic restaurants around the corner. The parking was not cheap at £27 per day, but to be expected for valet parking which made everything so easy. We both had a great stay which exceeded our expectations, and we would 100% recommend going there.
