Positive: Location. Secure parking.

Negative: The fact that they … and therefore you … advertise coffee machines in the rooms when there aren’t any and when highlighted to reception just said “I know”. Hotels were booked with secure parking for motorbikes & coffee machines at the afore as very early departures were required. There is also no drinkable water in the rooms - the cold tap is continually tepid and I’d suggest that there is no insulation around the hot and cold pipes to prevent cross conduction of the heat from the hot pipe to the cold. The reason for this insulation is the chance of legionnaires disease become a real issue. The bar/cafe also shuts around 8pm so we couldn’t get a drink after going out for a meal (no restaurant on-site)The owners/staff were very helpful and we managed to get some breakfast well before 7am.

Summary: Disappointed that we paid for items that they are aware do not exist e.g. coffee machines in the rooms.
