Summary: Our party was two adults and two kids. We loved it here. Very nice room. Open courtyard was pretty. Front desk was extremely helpful and bilingual.

Summary: Hotel de la Mare was great. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchenette. The room was well-appointed and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located to explore the are a of Belleville. The service was always excellent and the staff helpful. And alll of this came at a very reasonable price.

Summary: Very good hotel with a good cost-benefit. Very clean and staff very friendly. At the beginner we were a bit worried about the neighbourhood but after few hours we see it is a good place, where you can find some markets, restaurants and french bakeries. A place to come back.

Summary: I stayed in Paris for four nights at this hotel. Really happy I chose to stay here - great I was able to cook and prepare own food in my room - plenty of supermarkets nearby. About an hours walk from city centre. Clean room and friendly staff. Will certainly stay again.

Summary: The stay at Hotel De La Mare was really good and we as a family enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had good facilities. Break was provided on time as we expected. Hotel is located very close to the bus stop and 3 metro stations (~10 mins walkable distance).

Summary: As you'd expect from the price this is a basic option, but it was clean, nicely furnished and everything in the room worked. Staff were friendly and helpful real care and attention had been put into providing information about the local area, including a lovely little map with all the local shops, restaurant and bars on it. I'd definitely come back here and recommend it to other people. The local area is a normal residential area of Paris where people live and work and not touristy - but personally I really like that. Its a really buzzy area with lots going on and lots of nice (and reasonably priced) bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station and a short hop into the centre of Paris - I actually walked to the Louvre and it only took an hour
