Summary: Excellent hotel, well situated with very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was superb, clean, large, modern, with coffee making facilities and a mini bar.

Summary: Rooms are always beautifully designed and decorated, and such a great location for the smaller beach, shops, and central Biarritz in general. Very quiet as well when windows and doors are closed, or you can leave them open for the crashing of the waves :)

Summary: Great check in with very warm welcome. The location is perfect and the hotel very attractive and comfortable. Our bed was comfortable and the room exactly as expected. The wash basin in the bathroom is stylish but irritating - we didn’t like it! It was very quiet in our room despite being just below the roof bar and having a view of the ocean. Breakfast was fine with a good selection of food. We had a drink on the rooftop one night and in the lounge another night and enjoyed both. Biarritz is attractive and we enjoyed the visit. We stayed three nights and our hotel choice made the stay very enjoyable.
