Summary: We arrived the day before our Regent cruise. Had dinner at Pizza place on ward. Came back to the hotel and went to bed. We were very pleased with accommodations. Large bathroom. Very nice reception agent. Fast check out.

Summary: The desk clerk allowed us to check in early and was helpful with parking. The room was very nice and the staff set up the pull out sofa bed very quickly. Only complaint was that there was no A/C. Great location, near the railway and on the promenade near great restaurants

Summary: This is a tired old hotel but clean and well maintained. It lacks modern conveniences like places to plug and charge devices. The heat/AC is controlled seasonally at some central point regardless of the actual weather. My breakfast croissant was stale. Otherwise it served its purpose for an overnight stay prior to a cruise leaving from Civitavecchia

Summary: The hotel is located in an excellent area, less than a 5 min walk to the train station and 1 block away from the red bus (for €6 take you right into the port of your ship). The hotel is quite good, the only reason it got 4 stars rather than 5 is because the shower pressure is really low. Aside from that, the hotel is truly recommendable to stay.
