Summary: Location was fantastic but the overall hotel was more like a 4 star. Room was noisy. Air con dripping water. Shower leaked water. Bed uncomfortable.

Summary: It is really too bad they pulled a bait and switch with me as the minute I stepped into this property I squealed with excitement, clearly brand new and felt more of an upscale vibe to it. Then this happened ..I booked and paid extra for, mind you. A double room with BALCONY and GARDEN view, the hotel personnel with the biggest smile on their faces gave me and upgrade ! How very nice of them right? No. A downgrade is what I received. No balcony and no courtyard view. 2nd floor facing the street . This would be fine if the selection I made wasn’t specifically for a balcony and courtyard view. The moral of the story, be aware of this and be ready to turn around at the entrance of room if they do this. The most puzzling part of this is what they said to me is it was subject to availability.. except if I paid for something very specific, it should be available right.?
