Summary: My train to Lourdes was canceled due to a worker strike but, despite the language barrier, they worked with me to change my reservation to the next day with essentially no fuss or complications at all. Amazing meal prepared in-house by a couple that seems fully invested in their guests' stay! 10/10 Would definitely stay again!

Summary: A convienent hotel, but with a very small lift - unable to take even one person and a case! We had to use the stairs to access the third floor and carry our luggage.
