Summary: Quaint,beautiful view on the canal with a bridge - like a postcard of an old Freisian town Rooms modern and spotless - A little small perhaps. Staff is 20 out of 10 .Stayed 4 days in this lovely place. Best of the many places we stayed during our 17 days in the Netherlands..

Summary: Wonderful hotel on the canal. Rooms over a restaurant (but make reservations for the restaurat). Short walk toi the historic center of Franker, plenty of excellent restuarats in the square and surrounding streets. Older property but wih modern ammenities. Free parking a few blocks away. Wonderful breakfast.
