Negative: Unfortunately late night valet worker lost our keys, we were stuck in the lobby for hours while they figured out where our keys were eventually having a lock smith make a new key for us. But it ruined our plans of exploring with so much time lost.

Positive: The friendliness and extra care from the staff was just so exciting to see and by far my best hotel experience I’ve had. They were all so happy and were helping with everything, from showing us around the beautiful restaurant when they didn’t have to, they chose to do my daughter could see how beautiful it was! ❤️ The location was amazing! Now know that the city has been working on a trolley project downtown Omaha. There are some obstacles however anyone can add Google Maps and it will make getting around through all the construction very easy and convenient. I myself am a very impatient driver and get very frustrated easily in large cities, I did not feel overwhelmed once here. The valet parking was well worth the money! $25 a night and you can go in and out as many times as you’d like and we did! The drivers are excellent and very quick! Overall, I’d say this place is treating their employees very well for the kind of service and pure enjoyment from staying here. We had a 2-queen suite. I believe it was about $40-50 over standard room, but well worth it! Lots of sun and windows for good light. Beautiful views of this city and tons of extra, unexpected space!

Negative: I’m going to be completely honest, nothing I couldn’t oversee with everything else I experienced. One and only thing that was of any discomfort was the noise from the road. However, I live in a downtown setting so nothing I have not and will forever put up with maybe bring a fan or noise machine, Bluetooth speaker and don’t bicker! You are having a wonderful time in a beautiful room, in a beautiful hotel, surrounded by wonderful shopping and restaurants and museums and activities everywhere!

Summary: I’ve traveled to so many places, from Ireland, Iceland, Buenos Aires, I must say Omaha and this hotel has been my favori

Positive: We stayed for one night. The hotel was 20 minutes from The Funny Bone comedy club and had bars within walking distance. It is a beautiful building with interesting decor. The room was clean.

Negative: The shower was only cold. Would have liked a warning about construction surrounding the area on your website/google, with navigation instructions/tips. Signage out front about how the valet works would go a long way. Front desk staff not very friendly, almost mocking. All of these are temporary and fixable problems that did negatively impact our stay.

Summary: Beautiful place in need of a logistical overhaul.
