Positive: The location was great for walking to the beach, Lexington Museum and restaurants.
Negative: The stairs were somewhat difficult to carry luggage and supplies up and down for a senior citizen.
Summary: Excellent location for the price, had a great time visiting beach and ship Lexington Museum.

Positive: We liked that the room was renovated with a modern look. Also that it came with a fridge, iron,ironing board,hairdryer,and microwave . Comfortable beds .
Negative: What we didn’t like is that the door was hard to close. You had to forcefully slam it so it could close. And the we had tiny roaches around the bathroom mirror. Then i stepped on a small roach on the side of my bed. So when we checked out i let the front office clerk of the roaches in our room he just said oh ok . And that was it .
Summary: Well i’m hesitant to book here again.

Positive: The location was perfect for us because we wanted to not only walk on the beach but it was close to the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington, which was in walking distance on beach. Great restaurant on the property too. Couple souvenir shops right there as well. The room was cute, comfortable and clean. Only stairs available which was fine for us since only 2 floors. Great view of the beach area from some rooms too. Parking was convenient too. The staff was friendly and I’d recommend this to a couple, friends or a family.
Negative: Really nothing particular we didn’t like, it’s a laid back casual hotel, nothing fancy which in our case was just fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

Positive: Nice walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked great.
Negative: There was a valance type board over the curtains that didn't come down far enough so too much light came into the room. The pool was out of order.
