Summary: Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit.

Summary: The hotel is right in the middle of a resort with a zoo, casino, indoor ski slope and skating, Roman pool, spa and many other things besides including many restaurants and nearby within a few minutes drive there are supermarkets and shopping centres. The hotel had a nice pool so the kids were happy and it was very clean and it is also close to the lovely city of Thionville for cafe's, castle in town, eat by the river, lovely shopping and Metz where we went to the Centre Pompidou art gallery and higly recommend the Maginot line Fort 19, it is just incredible.
