Summary: For 20 minutes before, not check inn. Not room service. No water in the room for drink. To expensive considering the service.

Summary: The hotel is nice and the room too. Service should be better, specially at checkin which was a bit slow and co fussing about the parking space (included for free if there are spaces available)

Summary: It is a good hotel for the price. Meals at restaurant are good enough but no excellent. Small pool. Check out was not good. They take a security deposit out from credit card and they lost the document. It took 30 minutes to finish check out and after that no compensations just apologies. Btw I'm still waiting on that security deposit to disappear from my balance.

Summary: Overall the stay was fine. Restaurant meals are average and a bit expensive. At check out they lost the security deposit they took causing 30 minutes of delay. Beware about charges. Before a friend of mine used hotels app and this hotel charged him while the app charged the night too. Hotels.com had an excellent disposition to solve the problem, but the hotel always just apologize.
