Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The food at the restaurant was good
Negative: No shampoo and conditioner in a 5• hotel is kind of cheap. Spent a lot of time finding an open shop nearby. There were ants in my bed… got another room which was smaller…
Summary: Disappointed

Positive: Clean place and prompt and helpful staff. Amazing Breakfast.
Negative: Wouldn’t rate it as a 5 star hotel. Quite old interiors, the bed was too soft, got lots of backpain because of it. 2 Pillow cases were dirty. Restaurant was very expensive (more than 45 euros per portion, without drinks, unjustified).
Summary: Pictures don’t show the whole picture (too expensive for what it has to offer)

Positive: Loved the choice of breakfast, big air conditioned dual room suite with a lot of space (we got 1500 steps going to bathroom and wc so yeah the bathtub room is quite big), and wardrobes, and drawers, all made out of real wood and not ply (which doesn't leave the glue odor on your clothes), wellness is 🤩 amazing. I'm a very difficult to impress person but the value is very good.
Negative: Needs maintenance and proper planning (we found minibar the second day because it's not logically in the coffee/tea section). Staff needs to be sought for. And why are teabags such a valuable? Are we in 1826? Room service choice is way too specialty.
