Positive: The hotel itself is nice, new and modern. I visited Castellón during the FIB festival in neighboring Benicàssim and it was good value for money. The transfer bus to festival departed just near the hotel and there was Mercadona nearby, so the location was ideal for me😄

Negative: There is no reception and I had to talk with staff through intercom and wait to get in, as I did not receive an email with instructions and codes prior to my arrival.

Positive: Very close to the lovely, peaceful park and within easy walking distance of the main town. Reception was in the main hotel which was just round the corner from ours. When we first arrived we spoke to them via the intercom at the front door of our hotel in order to gain access. Once inside the code for subsequent entries was found on a notice board by the lift. The parking on offer was between the two hotels and very uncomplicated in terms of entering and leaving. Well worth the 15€ charge and it didnt appear to be a problem when we asked if we could leave the car for an extra couple of hours even though we'd checked out. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

Negative: Bedroom and bathroom quite small which may be an issue for anyone needing a larger space for comfort.

Summary: Would stay there again.

Positive: The location was really good. Free coffee in the morning. The check-in system with the code was a little bit weird for me but I didn't have any trouble getting in.

Negative: The cleaning when I arrived was not the best. They even left a sign in the bathroom saying something like: "this room was made for: Jennifer" (My name is not Jennifer which makes me think it was from the previous client). I couldn't make the shower work properly.

Summary: Good for the price but don't expect too much
