Summary: Vary old no proper management and maintenance no any single service in room even kettle for hot water not available stair case smell so bad no AC in reception area it’s like no oxygen no any even ventilation in reception area

Summary: No any service in room even cattle for hot water and shows in booking with breakfast but they refuse also no breakfast fast buffet it has 2 elevator but only 1 working they reception area no ac too hot

Summary: This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. There are about 20 long tables, with 20 chairs each, will a complete water view.

Summary: This property is a great location, close to many major sites especially the White House. It’s reasonable in pricing, the breakfast is a plus.

Summary: The location is very comfortable. The hotel staffs were friendly. The hotel is very accessible to port, downtown, and route to towns. The hotel needs upgrading, however it is very clean. Their cafe has the best brewed coffee in whole Ormoc literary. Not expensive. Overall, I had a gread stay. Thanks! Antonia

Summary: Check-in and check-out was quick and hassle free. The personnel who assisted me was polite and hospitable as well as the front desk personnel. Location is perfect as it is near establishments and food stalls as well as a park. Specifically chose this hotel for its nice location, accessibility, and view. Maybe just needs to add a complimentary drinking water. Overall, my stay was good. 👍
