Positive: I went to Rome with a friend, and for us the location of the hotel was perfect. Most of the historical buildings and places that we wanted to visit were about 20-30 minutes away by foot! So each day we walked about 15-20k steps which was tiring but so worth it. The staff was great and welcoming. Easy self check-in system when you come to the hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was big and comfortable, and next to the bed we had a big sofa and a huge tv. When we first got to the room we saw this small table, and thank God my friend was there with me because I would have never guessed that it opens to this big dining table, and that's where we had our breakfast every morning. The bathroom was spacious as well, a normal sized shower with hot water all day long, and a towel heater. Breakfast comes to your room. Every evening you get this sheet of paper with a list of everything they have available for breakfast. It did not disappoint They had fruit salads, coffees, croissants, cereals, nuts, cheeses and cuts, bread, tea, fruit juices.
Negative: The only problem we had was with breakfast. The first evening we filled out the sheet, we saw vegetables as one of the options and we thought vegetables would be cucumbers and tomatoes and salads, but the next morning we just got two bowls of peas as our vegetables. It could be that we're picky but I've never seen anyone eat peas for breakfast. On that sheet of paper you can also choose the quantity of the things you want to get, and almost everyday we never got enough of the food we filled out. For example we wanted two coffees and they only gave us one. We ordered bread and they never gave it to us. It wasn't a huge problem and it didn't make a huge difference, but it was a little annoying by the end of our stay. We could also never find the staff. Only in the morning after they served breakfast- someone was in the reception for an hour or so.
Summary: Overall the stay was amazing and we liked almost everything at the hotel.

Positive: It was very neat and clean. Nice quiet area close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. We walk for miles every day through many different neighborhoods. Always felt safe and enjoyed all the nice buildings along the way. The breakfast service brought to our room every morning wonderful. Nice people!
Negative: Can’t think of a thing we didn’t like. 😀
