Positive: Location, staff.

Negative: The hotel's listing shows "air conditioned rooms", which turned out not to be true. During winter they only have heating (even if it is not cold!). That, to me, is a misrepresentation of the hotel's features. I complained about it and they offered to refund me one night (I stayed there 3 nights!). They refused to refund my entire stay so I had no option but to accept it. Nontheless, I was not happy about it. Bookings.com should step up and refund me the other 2 nights! That would be "assuming the responsibility".

Positive: Lovely staff Great location Modern room Fantastic shower

Negative: Glass panel on shower in preference to shower curtain which was mouldy at the bottom Needs socket for charging phone next to bed

Positive: Quiet place, comfortable beds. Modern facilities. Rooms are small but in the third floor they have an excellent balcony. Good breakfast.

Negative: The rooms are small. The breakfast room was also small.
